Worship Leader…Prepare Well
As I begin to think about the process of training and developing outreach services I think of how important it is to prepare well. As a worship leader you need to practice and visualize the service many times over before you get to practice with the team. You need to plan for every aspect of the service. Why? It’s much easier to be flexible, should something unforeseen happen, when you have a plan than if you don’t have a plan.
