		<description>I often feel like I am preaching to the choir, in the sense that I worry that I am only reaching folks that already agree with me. I notice when I guest post on broader blogs, I get TONS of vitriolic comments (which are hard to read, but ultimately opportunities for education). This is contrast with the mostly affirming/agreeing comments on my own URL/twitter. Hence...only preaching to the choir...</description>
